While we (and maybe you) recognize that solar powered off-grid homes are the wave of the future, the banking industry does not, and still refuses steadfastly to finance them.

As a result, the practical reality of purchasing the off-grid green home in Granville is that you will likely need to get creative with your financing. You will either have to make a cash purchase of the home, get a personal loan, or find a very open minded green-friendly lender.
